Solderer – Contract to Hire
The Solderer position is located in Westford, MA, and offers a unique opportunity to work with a company known for its commitment to quality and innovation in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Shift of the Solderer:
1st Shift: M-F 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay Rate of the Solderer:
$25-$28 based on experience
Responsibilities of the Solderer:
- Soldering circuit boards with precision and care
- Performing through hole soldering for circuit board assemblies
- Inspecting for loose connections or any potential issues
- Following detailed diagrams to ensure proper connections
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment with required PPE
Qualifications of the Solderer:
- Minimum of 1+ year of recent soldering experience
- Certifications in soldering are a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Experience with wave soldering is a plus
- Ability to read prints and diagrams effectively
