New Hire Training Program

Every new hire starts in our dynamic onboarding training program, a hybrid of traditional classroom-style teaching, e-learning tools, and hands-on workshops to help maximize your success. You’ll learn everything from how to find and recruit top talent to handling employee relations issues. You’ll tour client sites to see manufacturing and engineering organizations firsthand and have lunch with senior leadership team members.
