Brendon’s career in Staffing has taken him through every aspect of the industry and has enabled him to bring valuable experience and insight to our team, our customers, and our applicants. Brendon is a driven individual who sets high expectations for himself and his team. His goals include growing DAVIS’ business’ reach, client base, and bottom line; all while getting the most out of the individuals he works with, by providing the necessary tools to get the job done right for our customers on both the client, and applicant end of the business.

ERIC DAVIS

As a proven expert in building and leading Managed Services Programs, Eric draws from more than 20 years of experience in key facets of staff augmentation, workforce modeling and total talent solutions. His experience includes key roles in multiple industry verticals, and more than 17 years of leadership in staffing and supply chain management. Eric’s areas of focus include MSP sales, solution design, implementation as well as employer of record (payrolling) and independent contractor management. Eric is recognized by major client companies as a trusted partner for navigating the complexities of supplier management through solutions that connect directly to core business objectives.

ANDREA PION

Andrea is focused on creating and managing new marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness for our The DAVIS Companies. She manages a team that works on branding campaigns, new market brand awareness, social media, PR and direct mail campaigns. She also handles event management, sales/marketing support, content development and program management for entire life cycle marketing activities.

Andrea’s goal is to continually increase our brand recognition in all of our verticals, while contributing to revenue streams and being able to measure ROI and marketing initiative successes.

Galen takes a lot of pride in his work at DAVIS. Knowing that he can make a direct impact on companies and individuals by having the ability to connect innovative people, and provide a service that creates an opportunity for businesses to operate with a highly talented workforce helping them to exceed their goals is rewarding and fulfilling.

The industries DAVIS primarily service include Medical Device, Aerospace & Defense, Robotics & Automation, and Contract Manufacturing.

Terry is a motivated business professional with over 25 years of experience in full life cycle sales, recruiting, marketing and new business development. He is a results oriented talent manager with a successful history of building and managing sales and recruiting teams in the technical and engineering market.

JILL COSGROVE-DANKSEWICZ

Chief Financial Officer

Jill is responsible for the oversight of accounting, finance, strategic planning and forecasting, legal, information technology and risk management. She has successfully secured credit and financing for the corporation several times in order to facilitate the growth of the company and acts as the primary liaison with the banks, external auditors and corporate counsel. Jill is also responsible for the development and maintenance of the technology infrastructure of the entire organization.

BOB DAVIS

Bob feels very fortunate to be leading a team of talented and driven professionals who specialize in workforce solutions and are dedicated to serving our candidates and clients with superior service. It’s always been a goal of his to offer our internal staff a varied career path – one with a focus on personal and professional growth and an opportunity to work hard and be rewarded. By managing the company with an emphasis on family, integrity, innovation and relationships, our team has remained committed to personal development and creating a culture of success and corporate citizenship.

In addition to staff development, Bob leads a senior level team responsible for the operational and financial aspects of this “not-so” traditional, full-service, end to end staffing solution. We operate in the temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire arena and place candidates in positions ranging from the boardroom to the warehouse. Core services include Managed Services (Vendor On Premise), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Staff augmentation and payrolling services.

Looking back, Bob attributes much of my success to an unbridled commitment to self-improvement and continued learning as it applies to the development of my personal & professional career as well as the development of the professionals around me. Basically, lead the way you would want to be lead.

PATRICK DAVIS

As Vice President: Technology, Patrick has his focus on triaging the practical applications of emerging technology for the DAVIS Companies. He is passionate about the impact a good recruiter can have on a person’s life and believes the proper application of technology can amplify this impact. He loves quotes and his favorite, relative to the staffing industry is “Far and away the best prize that life offers is the chance to work hard at work worth doing.” – Theodore Roosevelt

Patrick believes that empathy, curiosity, and ambition are the secret sauce to DAVIS’s success.

CLAIRE GIBREE

Human Resource Manager

Claire Gibree is the HR Manager for The DAVIS Companies and currently manages a remote team of 6. Claire started her career at DAVIS managing an enterprise client’s entire contract labor workforce. Her passion for mentoring and developing people brought her to an internal HR role, where she succeeded in implementing compliance programs working closely and in conjunction with operations.

Claire has always brought her drive and motivation to all projects and roles. She drives the DAVIS community service and cultural officers programs. She has driven new initiatives focused on best in class on-boarding programs, integrated background checking and all things related to the entire employee experience. Under Claire’s leadership, enhanced training programs and annual employee review programs are being rolled out.

Claire was a double major in Government and Religious Studies at St. Lawrence University in Canton NY. As a post-graduate she completed a year in the AmeriCorps VISTA program, working on community organizing for a low income housing non-profit. She then worked as an assistant in the Principal and Major Gifts department at Dana Farber Cancer Institute where she discovered her passion for mentoring, and developing ‘Human Resources’. She jumped into HR at AAFCPAs before discovering her passion for staffing and her new ‘home’ at the DAVIS Companies.

Michael Vitale

Michael is an expert in building and leading Managed Services Programs with over 20 years of experience. He’s been involved in total talent solutions, client implementations, workforce modeling and growing and developing teams, across various industries. With more than 20 years in leadership roles in staffing, Michael focuses on MSP engagements, solution design, implementation, employer of record, and independent contractor management. He’s known as a trusted partner by major client companies for navigating supplier management complexities and providing solutions aligned with core business objectives. In addition to his extensive expertise, Michael is highly customer service-focused, ensuring that client satisfaction is at the forefront of his approach. His commitment to delivering exceptional service further solidifies his reputation as a trusted partner in navigating supplier management complexities and unique client scenarios.
