Quality Control Inspector – Contract To Hire
Leading aerospace company is seeking a Quality Control Inspectors for a leading manufacturer in the Suwanee, GA area. In this role, you will perform dimensional and visual inspections of metal parts and raw materials to ensure quality standards are met. If you have experience with GD&T, blueprint reading, calipers, and micrometers, we want to hear from you!
Schedule of the Quality Control Inspector:
Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM – 4:45 PM
Pay Rate of the Quality Control Inspector:
$23-$25/hour
Responsibilities of the Quality Control Inspector:
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, comparators, CMM, and other metrology equipment
- Record inspection results and part information
- Document measurements and inspection data
- Create non-conformance reports for out-of-spec parts
Requirements of the Quality Control Inspector:
- Understanding of GD&T
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related inspection tools
- Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
