Material Handler – Contract to Hire

Shift of the Material Handler:
M-F 1st shift 6am-2:30pm
Pay Rate of the Material Handler:
$22-$24/hr
Responsibilities of the Material Handler:
- Deliver material to appropriate storage and point-of-use locations to support manufacturing schedules.
- Set-up and organize inventory and storage locations within the facility.
- Support kitting and material breakdown activities.
- Ensure safety and housekeeping expectations are followed.
- Pick/Kit materials to be used by assemblers on the production floor. Process picklists in ERP system Dynamics365.
Qualifications of the Material Handler:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Min 2 years of experience handling materials in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Pallet jack, ride on pallet jack, or forklift experience/certification preferred (OSHA certification preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
