Senior Contract Administrator – Contract, Hiring Now

Shift of the Senior Contract Administrator:
Day Shift 2, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Rate of the Senior Contract Administrator:
$56/hr

Responsibilities of the Senior Contract Administrator:

  • Develop and maintain contracts/subcontracts from proposal development through delivery and closeout.
  • Participate in proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and customer contact activities.
  • Advise management on contractual rights and obligations during negotiations to mitigate risks.
  • Interpret contract terms and monitor performance against requirements and obligations.
  • Produce contractual correspondence and maintain organized contract files.

Qualifications of the Senior Contract Administrator:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration preferred.
  • 5-10 years of functional and industry experience in contract administration.
  • Experience with international contracting and compliance with ITAR and EAR.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with proven analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint, Project, and Access is a plus.
