Quality Control Inspector – 3rd Shift

Leading medical devices company is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Chelmsford, MA. This role offers an opportunity to work with a company known for its commitment to innovation in the medical device industry, ensuring high-quality standards in all products.

Shift of the Quality Control Inspector:
Monday–Friday, 10PM-6AM will need to train on 2nd for 2ish weeks

Pay Rate of the Quality Control Inspector: 
18.50/hr + 15% shift differential = $21.27/hr

Responsibilities of the Quality Control Inspector:

  • Inspect, measure, and test materials according to established methods and standards.
  • Utilize various inspection tools such as Vision Systems, Micrometers, and Oscilloscopes.
  • Document inspection and test results in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain quality documentation files including Device History Records (DHR).
  • Process returned materials according to established procedures.

Qualifications of the Quality Control Inspector:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to read specifications, procedures, and engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electronic test equipment.
  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, Oracle, and MES.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
