  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for assembly, electrical, refrigeration, and test teams.
  • Monitor daily build progress and performance against project expectations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with management to align on production goals and resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities to optimize processes and enhance product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in all manufacturing activities.

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Supervisor:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical background in refrigeration and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical guidance capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Lean and 5S methodologies preferred.
