Sr. Planning Analyst – Direct Hire

Shift of the Sr. Planning Analyst:
9–5 (flexible, e.g., 7–3 also works)
Salary of the Sr. Planning Analyst:
$120-140k/yr
Responsibilities of the Sr. Planning Analyst:
- Develop and lead global inventory strategies, translating demand forecasts into supply planning models.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to balance service targets and reduce scrap/obsolescence.
- Analyze demand and supply variability to refine planning parameters within the planning model and ERP system.
- Lead production and procurement planning to ensure material availability for reagents, instruments, and consumables.
- Create work orders and manage the production schedule for manufacturing and kitting operations teams.
Qualifications of the Sr. Planning Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts such as forecasting, safety stock, and service levels.
