Salary of the Marketing Administrator:
$65,000 – $70,000
Responsibilities of the Marketing Administrator:
- Create, update, and manage marketing materials, brochures, sales tools, and promotional content
- Support dealer marketing initiatives by communicating available marketing resources and programs
- Manage website content and update product information for new equipment launches
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media and web-based platforms
- Increase brand awareness through online marketing campaigns and content initiatives
- Review and approve dealer marketing materials submitted through co-op advertising programs
- Support dealer meetings, trade shows, and industry events with marketing materials and promotional activities
- Collaborate with sales and dealer networks to identify and address marketing needs
- Monitor marketing effectiveness and recommend strategies to improve engagement and lead generation
Requirements of the Marketing Administrator:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agricultural Science, or a related field
- Experience developing marketing materials and supporting marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies
- Experience managing websites and social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
