Shift of the Director of Operations: 
M-F 8-4

Salary of the Director of Operations:
Up to $1185k + bonus

Responsibilities of the Director of Operations:

  • Lead and develop Production and Logistics teams to drive performance and employee engagement.
  • Oversee manufacturing and logistics operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
  • Implement Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage operational budgets and P&L performance.
  • Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications of the Director of Operations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience in a technical environment.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record in driving operational performance metrics.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
