Salary of the Director of Operations:
Up to $1185k + bonus
Responsibilities of the Director of Operations:
- Lead and develop Production and Logistics teams to drive performance and employee engagement.
- Oversee manufacturing and logistics operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
- Implement Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage operational budgets and P&L performance.
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Qualifications of the Director of Operations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience in a technical environment.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in driving operational performance metrics.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
