This program provides recent graduates with an invaluable entry level job opportunity in the corporate world, giving them the resources and experience they need to start their career.
The program kicks off with classroom-based work, focused on learning and practicing the fundamentals of recruiting. As confidence is built and skills are mastered, you’ll transition into working with and placing candidates. You’ll develop long-term relationships with employers and jobseekers, equipping you with the required skills to match qualified candidates with the right job opportunities.
