I’m a little tardy to the blogs party on this one, but better late than never!
2013 was a great year for Off the Cuff. We published more than 100 blogs and saw a bunch of new contributors throughout the course of the year. Content ranged from Office Romance to the NFL Bullying case, Life Advice and everything work-related you can imagine. Hell, go back and check it out for yourselves!
Without further ado, here are the Top 5 Most Popular Blogs of 2013!
5) Interview in style, dress for the position you want, not the one you are interviewing for.

4) 4 Reasons You Should Never Burn a Bridge with an Employer
Unfortunately, sometimes things can get ugly between employees and employers. Every situation is different, but in any case it is better to try to build a bridge, not burn it.
3) Stephie’s Story: 2013 Walk for PKD
In this blog, our Director of Human Resources opens up about her daughter and the struggle to find a cure for Polycystic Kidney Disease. For a video of Stephie’s Story, click here.
2) Company Culture Goes Well Beyond HR & Management
Real, true, deep culture goes beyond HR and Management. A great work environment and culture is one where positive energy and engagement abound at every desk, where the values and principles of the company are in line with those of the employees that work there, and where those employees themselves are highly protective of that culture.
Our number 1 blog of the year offers pointed advice to sales professionals.
“From a standpoint of effectiveness, e-mail has been a great way to engage a prospect. It’s quick, easy and, for the most part, not in your face. But don’t rely on it.” So what are you waiting for? Pick up the F#@%!$* PHONE!
Thank you to Off the Cuff readers for a great 2013!
