Results: What’s Important to the American Worker

9.27

Poll results are in! What’s important to the American Worker? Culture takes the top spot with 31.3% of the vote, Wages/Salary coming in second at 25%, a tie for third is awarded to Company Leadership, and Location with 12.5% of the vote.

Are you surprised to see culture take the top spot? Culture is maybe the most important value for every company, and based on our poll, appears to be one of the most important for candidates, too. A poor culture causes turnover which can be frustrating to candidates and costly for business. A great company culture brings a quality of life factor to employees that wages can’t do alone. So, to us, it is not a surprise to see these two options on top of our poll results.
