Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift, Contract to Hire
The Production Supervisor position is located in Westborough, MA. This role is crucial for overseeing manufacturing activities and ensuring quality standards are met in a dynamic environment known for its commitment to innovation and excellence.
Shift of the Production Supervisor:
2nd Shift: M-F 3:30pm-12:00am
Pay Rate/Salary of the Production Supervisor:
$28-$31 based on experience
Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:
- Provide training and leadership to direct reports through effective communication and positive attitude.
- Organize and assign work tasks to meet production goals efficiently.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications and achieve set quality goals.
- Maintain production schedules within the assigned budget.
- Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot design challenges and inaccuracies.
Qualifications of the Production Supervisor:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical/mechanical manufacturing.
- Previous supervisory or lead person experience is required.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s Degree or trade school equivalent is a plus.
- Strong organizational, motivational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
