Shift of the Inspection Specialist II:
First Shift – 7AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate of the Inspection Specialist II:
$24-$30 based on experience
Responsibilities of the Inspection Specialist II:
- Conduct inspections of components, sub-assemblies, and finished medical devices according to established specifications.
- Mentor and train junior inspection staff to enhance their skills and understanding of quality standards.
- Document non-conformances and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Utilize various inspection tools and techniques to perform thorough quality checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety regulations.
Qualifications of the Inspection Specialist II:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; further technical training preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in medical product inspection or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in using inspection tools such as microscopes and calipers.
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed manufacturing procedures and drawings in English.
