Pay Rate/Salary of the In-House Service Engineer:
$60k – $65k/year
Responsibilities of the In-House Service Engineer:
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for machines and equipment.
- Communicate directly with customers via phone, email, and video to resolve issues.
- Assist with customer samples and various technical duties.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of technical support.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
Qualifications of the In-House Service Engineer:
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Industrial service experience with knowledge of electromechanical systems.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM, Outlook, and general computer skills.
