Linux Systems Administrator – Hybrid Opportunity

Shift of the Linux Systems Administrator:
Day Shift 2, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Onsite during contract period
Hybrid after hire
Pay Rate of the Linux Systems Administrator:
$94/hr
Responsibilities of the Linux Systems Administrator:
- Administer Linux systems across various platforms and configurations.
- Implement a Linux patching strategy using Ansible.
- Provide company-wide support for Linux, Windows, VMware, Active Directory, and various hardware platforms.
- Offer local support for IT staff and assist with complex issue resolution.
- Conduct monthly security scans and install necessary security patches.
Qualifications of the Linux Systems Administrator:
- Proven experience in Linux system administration.
- Familiarity with Ansible for automation and patch management.
- Strong understanding of Windows systems and VMware.
- Experience with Active Directory and various hardware platforms.
- Ability to participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation.
