Assembler – Direct Hire

Leading manufacturer company hiring for a Cable Assembler located in Holliston, MA. This is a DIRECT HIRE role with a great company!

Hours of the Assembler:
7AM – 3:30PM

Pay Rate of the Assembler:
$20.00/hr

Responsibilities of the Assembler:

  • Cable assembly of cables including USB, speaker, HD, ethernet, and other specialty cables.
  • Reviewing work orders and checking kit supplies for accuracy before assembling.
  • Stripping, crimping, terminating, and cutting cables to proper measurements.
  • Soldering cable ends.
  • Inspecting final product for imperfections.
  • Informing supervisor of any defects or assembly issues.
 
Requirements of the Assembler:
  • 1-2 years of assembly experience
  • Comfortable working with hand tools
  • Ability to read and work with blue prints and schematics
  • Soldering experience
  • Cable assembly a plus
  • Ability to differentiate cable colors, tabs, and electrical components
