IT Administrator – Longterm Contract 

Leading global laboratory automation company is looking for an IT Administrator. This is a long-term contract opportunity in Beverly, MA! 

Pay Rate of the IT Administrator: 

Responsibilities of the IT Administrator: 

  • Organize, review, and enter Its vendor contracts, contact information, and invoice information into recordkeeping systems.
  • Review IT vendor invoices and perform categorization and data entry for accounting purposes.
  • Assist with coordination of employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Perform cross-functional, evidence gathering tasks for Information Security assessments and audits.
  • Track end user equipment in asset tracking database (i.e. laptop, phones)
  • Provide administrative support for IT End User Services, including reviewing requests, updating status of requests, and communicating and coordinating between IT and business areas.
  • Write knowledge base articles in Knowledge Base system based on pre-existing content.
  • Seek quotes from vendors.
  • Facilitate, coordinate, or process vendor account profile updates and vendor payments.
  • Create Excel worksheets, diagrams, content as needed to support IT activities.
  • Assist with testing IT services as needed.
  • Assist with reviewing, updating IT policies and procedure documents.

Requirements of the IT Administrator: 

  • Ability to communicate and understand IT and Finance terminology
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data administration or similar role, ideally working within an IT Department
  • Proficiency working in MS Office Suite and other data entry tools
  • Proficient writing, editing, formatting Microsoft Word documents
  • Proficient at analyzing financial data in Excel
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and processes, such as employee onboarding and offboarding and IT support
