Human Resources Manager – 100% Onsite

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our employees at all levels. You will be instrumental in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent, while also focusing on employee engagement, development, and satisfaction. This role requires a people-centric approach, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:

  • Culture Building:
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the company’s culture and promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.

    • Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering a sense of community and connection among employees at all levels.

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong fit with the company culture and job requirements.

    • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.

  • Employee Engagement and Development:
    • Design and implement programs to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.

    • Provide coaching and development support to front-line leaders to enhance their leadership skills and effectiveness.

    • Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote professional growth and development.

  • HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

    • Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.

  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    • Prepare and present reports on HR activities, including recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.

Qualifications of the Human Resources Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR policy development.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.

  • Proven experience in coaching and developing leaders.

  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
