Estimating Coordinator – Direct Hire

A well-known company with over 100 years in the metal manufacturing industry is looking for an Estimating Coordinator. This is a direct hire position in Randolph, MA.

Responsibilities of the Estimating Coordinator:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the estimating coordination process for all projects.
  • Implement and maintain administrative standardized procedures, methods, and processes.
  • Coordinate bid invitations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Track and control project documents, maintaining organization and accessibility throughout the estimation phase.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor requests for proposals, facilitating clear communication and timely responses.
  • Execute various estimating administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Uphold daily upkeep of Customer Relation Management (CRM) software, ensuring accurate and current project data.
