Agile Scrum Master Manager – Direct Hire

A manufacturer of communication products is looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master Manager in Branson, MO. This is a direct hire opportunity! 

Salary of the Agile Scrum Master Manager:

Responsibilities of the Agile Scrum Master Manager:

  • Creating project plans with milestones and deadlines.
  • Leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Coordinating engineering resources and availability across all engineering groups.
  • Analyzing project progress and managing change to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Keeping information confidential to protect operations.
  • Observing company policies and striving to find processes that create improved efficiency while maintaining conformance to requirements.
  • Training or instructing fellow workers in project management processes.
  • Contributing to team effort by performing other duties as assigned. 


Qualifications of the Agile Scrum Master Manager:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent 
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience –
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP) 
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM)
  • Hands-on experience leading software and hardware product development teams
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
