Electrical Technician – Direct Hire 

A manufacturer and retailer of motor coaches is looking to hire an Electrical Technician in Pembina, ND. This is a direct hire opportunity to join a growing company! 

Shift of the Electrical Technician: 
4 day work week 6am -4:20pm (off on Fridays)

Pay Rate of the Electrical Technician: 

Responsibilities of the Electrical Technician:

  • Install, repair and maintain electrical systems on electrical vehicle coaches. 
  • Commission electric vehicle coaches
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues on electric vehicle coaches including identifying and rectifying electrical circuits, systems and controls. 
  • Install and route electrical wiring, conduits and cables to connect equipment and systems. 
  • Ensure proper organization and labelling of wiring. 
  • Read electrical drawings/schematics.
  • Program coaches.
  • Test electrical functions of coaches – lights, diagnostics, etc.


Requirements of the Electrical Technician:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience working with electrical systems is required.
  • Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment (bending, twisting, stretching, kneeling, squatting, push/pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, working in confined spaces).
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on details to ensure quality is maintained at all times.
  • Must have good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity, along with the to use hand, air & power tools such as Ohm Meter, solder guns etc.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems individually or as a team member and implement effective solutions.
