Production Engineer – Direct Hire

A modular energy solution company is currently seeking a Production Engineer in Duluth, GA. This is a direct hire opportunity! 

Salary of the Production Engineer:
100-120K + Bonus

Responsibilities of the Production Engineer:

  • Oversee and manage the production operations for UPS backup power systems, telecom industrial power solutions, and new energy battery storage products.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production flow.
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date production documentation, including outline drawings, wiring diagrams, shop drawings, manuals, test protocols, and quality checklists.
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
Requirements of the Production Engineer:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the UPS backup power industry, telecom industrial power, or new energy battery storage.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
  • Proficient in using production management software and tools.
