Customer Account Manager – Onsite in Chesapeake, VA

A well-known company that serves small businesses is looking to hire a Customer Account Manager to join their team! This is a contract to hire & an onsite role in Chesapeake, VA. 

Pay Rate of the Customer Account Manager: 
$33/hr

Responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager:

  • Client management, focusing on frequent and friendly interactions with end-users and decision-makers
  • Assigned a base of 15-25 customers
  • Ensure each customer is using our client’s technology stack, focusing on cyber security
  • Proactive, friendly interaction with monthly reviews
  • Manage quarterly business reviews, annual IT meetings
  • Assemble and manage each customer’s IT budget
  • Prepare quotes, coordinate with provisioning and billing
  • Teach and educate end-users to improve their computer skills
  • Must become an expert at PSA/CRM toolsets, generating quotes and proposals
 

Qualifications of the Customer Account Manager: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • 3+ years in customer account management, service, sales engineering, or sales
  • Working knowledge of IT fundamentals
  • Excellent presentation skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Technical aptitude and business systems analysis skills
