Production Document Controller – Direct Hire

A prestigious company specializing in comprehensive car restorations is looking for a Production Document Controller. This is a direct hire opportunity in Buford, GA!

Shift of the Production Document Controller: 
Monday – Friday | 6:45am – 3:45pm

Pay Rate of the Production Document Controller: 
$22-$26 per hour

Responsibilities of the Production Document Controller:

  • Develop and implement document control procedures and workflows.
  • Enforce document control policies and standards across the organization.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with document control procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate document-related tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive documents and information.
  • Generate reports and metrics on document control activities and performance.
  • Other duties assigned. 

Requirements of the Production Document Controller: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, project management (PMP) or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in document control, records management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of document management systems and software applications.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001) is advantageous.
  • Certification in document management (e.g., Certified Document Controller) is a plus.
