Electronic Repair Technician – 1st Shift

We're looking for an Electronic Repair Technician in Alpharetta, GA to be responsible for troubleshooting and repair of printed circuit boards with a focus on complex circuits and motherboard. This is a temporary opportunity to join a global company! 

Pay Rate of the Electronic Repair Technician:
$30.00/hr

Responsibilities of the Electronic Repair Technician:
  • Troubleshooting and repair of PCBs and electronic/electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Assist with the development of repair manuals and training programs.
  • Work with internal/external customers as it relates to hardware support, repairs and training.
  • Provide written reports and repair logs in a concise and timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements of the Electronic Repair Technician:
  • Associate degree in electronics or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of related work experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital and analog circuitry, microprocessors and DSP technology.
  • Proficient at electronic repair and rework. High level soldering skill required. (Electronic rework certification a plus).
  • Must have previous experience troubleshooting and repairing circuit boards or electronic assemblies to a component level.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, test instructions and complex schematic drawings.
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office and Windows)
