Project Manager – Alpharetta, GA

A full-service engineering and design firm is looking for a Project Manager in Alpharetta, GA. This is a temp to hire opportunity in a growing company! 

Pay Rate of the Project Manager: 
$50/hr 

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Developing long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Delegating tasks on the project to employees 
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple disciplines are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain on target
  • Communicating with executives and clients to keep the project aligned with their goals and deadlines
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project
Qualifications of the Project Manager:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in the field of engineering project management  
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project or ERP software 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
