Materials Handler – 1st Shift

A world-leading provider of integrated electronic manufacturing services is currently seeking a Materials Handler to join their team. This is a temporary opportunity in Nashua, NH! 

Shift of the Material Handler:
1st shift Monday – Friday 6am-2:30pm

Pay Rate of the Matierla Handler:
$21/hr
 

Responsibilities of the Materials Handler: 

  • Pull parts from stock to build kits assigned to Production Control; issue and distribute the kits to the manufacturing operation
  • Fill and account for material requisitions submitted from Operations
  • Receive and place parts/components into stock from Receiving/Inspection
  • Assist in tracking and filling backorders as parts/components become available
  • Ensure the correct balances are maintained by the performance of Cycle Counts
  • Include Parts Prep area and inventory done in Value Add
  • Other duties assigned

Requirements of the Materials Handler:

  • 0-3+ years of materials/warehouse experience
  • Proven ability to complete projects in a timely manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well as an individual or on teams
  • Require close supervision for completion of tasks
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively with suppliers or customers
