Human Resources Generalist – Hybrid Role 

A non-profit organization that supports families holistically is looking for a Human Resources Generalist in Worcester, MA. This is a direct hire opportunity! 

Shift of the Human Resources Generalist: 
M-F 9:00am-5:00pm

Salary of the Human Resources Generalist:
$55,000-$65,000 (based off experience)

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist:

  • General HR duties to support company of around 70 employees
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Answering benefits questions
  • New hires, terminations, and exit interviews
  • Salary reviews and performance evaluations
  • Creating job descriptions and assist with recruiting efforts
  • Supporting the Executive Director with special projects
Requirements of the Human Resources Generalist:
  • Minimum of an Associates in a related field
  • 3-5 years experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of Human Resources Guidelines
  • Recruiting experience a plus
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Paylocity experience a plus
