Marketing Operations Lead – Hybrid Opportunity

A global leader in human resources, payroll & workforce management is seeking for a Marketing Operations Leader in Lowell, MA. This is a temporary and hybrid opportunity in a growing company! 

Responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Lead:

  • Understanding the impact of how data flows in an integrated environment
  • Deep understanding of relational databases and how the pieces fit together
  • Ability to glean insight from large data sets
  • The ability to integrate the cross-functional needs of marketing, technology, and other areas of an organization into an effective business solution
  • Gather and document business requirements for existing systems and processes as well as proposed solution changes
  • Analytical skills coupled with a solid business foundation, particularly in marketing topics
  • Partner with technical and non-technical internal stakeholders on their strategies and tactics to ensure programs and campaigns are successful 
Requirements of the Marketing Operations Lead:
  • Microsoft Access
  • Advanced Excel
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in database management, integrations, and reporting with a strong understanding of the challenges that marketers face from day-to-day  
  • SQL is preffered
  • Experience in Eloqua or equivalent Marketing Automation platform is preffered
  • Experience SFDC or equivalent CRM platform is preffered
