We did it again! Recognized as a Best Places to Work Company in Atlanta for the 6th time in the past 7 years. The DAVIS Companies takes pride in being recognized for this team achievement. Hearing the news has me looking back at how we got to this point and what it takes to be a Best Places to Work company.
For my team in Atlanta, it began with having a clearly defined vision of where we wanted to be in the next 5 years and communicating that vision consistently with clarity and passion to our teams. Our people are our biggest asset. We arm them with state-of-the-art resources, industry best training, a positive and fun work environment, autonomy, excellent benefits and much, much more.
But we also give them clarity, they know where we are going, where and how they can develop their career here, what the expectations are and what it’s going to take for us all to achieve our ultimate goal. Having that greater sense of purpose keeps the team engaged. When you have individuals committed to the group effort, its impressive what you can accomplish together.

For us, the team focus is intentional, consistent and there is a balance of all aspects of our work and environment.
