Every company wants to be considered a Best Places to Work – but here at DAVIS we’re excited that our employees in Massachusetts and Atlanta have shared their feedback on employee engagement surveys and we’ve been awarded these accolades!
Last week we were honored to be with 79 other Massachusetts based companies to make the Boston Business Journals official Best Places to Work list. The event was at Symphony Hall in Boston-a beautiful venue. A dozen DAVIS team members celebrated and congratulated all of the companies that are creating amazing work environments.
Here at DAVIS we’ve taken the feedback we’ve received during these surveys to continue to improve our own work environment. The feedback has led us to make changes to our benefit programs and to continually strive to improve our internal company communications.
Being part of these recognition programs is an honor and a reason for us to celebrate. It’s rewarding to know that all of the hard work is being recognized by our leadership team and internal team members and reflected in these honors.
