recruitingHere at DAVIS we measure everything from inbound and outbound phone calls to interview to fill quality ratios and fulfillment times… though not for the reasons you may think.  Our recruiters and sales reps are acutely aware of where they stand at any given time because the primary requirements for being hired at DAVIS are being organized, being competitive and being OBSESSED with self improvement.  We work hard to make sure we are providing the BEST service to clients and candidates by making our recruiting process thorough, pleasant and personable.  

Sales and Recruiting professionals at DAVIS are driven by 1 goal… to be better than they were the week before.  There is no big brother assessing minimum performance standards or overlord managers demanding telethon-esque call volume numbers because there is no secret formula to finding great people new career opportunities, the result is all that matters.  Our recruiters use their metrics to define their own strategies for improving their service to candidates and clients.

We realize that it is the quality of the interaction and not the number of calls that has helped us grow over the past 30 years.  This focus on efficiency means that every email or phonecall has a purpose and we will never ask the same question twice.  We listen intently to requirements and only provide high quality candidate/client matches.  This has led to some AMAZING results.  Last year alone we found rewarding contract and direct hire jobs for over 2,500 talented workers and we are already on track to blow that out of the water this year.
