My DAVIS recruiter was an attentive and knowledgeable representative for me during my contract assignment. He would go out of his way to help me with the smallest of issues. He was a pleasure to work with and I can recommend him very highly.

Contract-to-hire, also known as "Try before you hire," offers candidates and clients an opportunity to ensure an effective match.  At the end of the introductory period, the candidate and the client can make the decision to continue on a contract basis, complete the assignment or bring the candidate on as a direct employee. For a direct hire position, you interview and decide if the client is offering the type of position you want to accept. If so, you accept and become a full-time employee of the client. A win-win situation for everyone.

Who determines my pay rate?

DAVIS clients offer competitive rates and salaries for their candidates depending on experience. Your DAVIS representative will work with you to ensure rates are acceptable.
