Our client in the Marlborough, MA area is seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join their growing team on a permanent basis.  This person will provide in-house support and coordination to marketing activities and sales administrative tasks in-line with the business unit. Drug and background check required.  $45K-55K depending on experience.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Primary support of US sales & marketing efforts
  • Work with VP US Sales & Marketing to ensure annual sales & marketing initiatives are supported as needed to achieve successful results.
  • Coordinate US/Global advertisement placement
  • Periodic updates of IEP website
  • Responsible to updates and order fulfillment of all marketing literature such as brochures, data sheets. Application sheets and other materials as needed.
  • Coordinate all external trade show activity to appropriately present the organization brand and increase lead generation. Attend regional expo's as required
  • Responsible for all sales support related files and maintaining global files and revisions. Logos etc.
  • Support graphical design such as logos, templates and standardized PowerPoint presentations for use through the organization.
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent through the creation and delivery of, advertisements, and other marketing materials as well as the design print ads and publications.
  • Collaborate with sales as needed in support of meeting all revenue objectives and interaction to ensure development and availability of support toolkit.
  • Develop and maintain electronic tools in support of brand awareness and communications objectives including website, social media etc.
  • Coordinate all external trade show activity to appropriately present the organization brand and increase lead generation. Attend regional expo's as required
  • Working with the product manager, lead the internal and external communications side of new product launches and the creation/management of product literature.



Experience in a Marketing Role is a plus as well as

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or media preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a marketing role or sales support role in a B2B environment
  • Has demonstrated the capability of grasping the concept of a company’s value proposition (people, products, service) and promoting the components of the value proposition through various media.
  • Has a strong understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing. Possesses a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to implement an established strategy with minimal oversight• Has managed sales support programs through various media including web, social media, and third party publishers (online & print).
  • Solid capability with Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, MSOffice etc
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
