We are seeking a dynamic Planner/Scheduler for a direct placement leadership role with a well-respected company in the contract manufacturing industry in the Milford, NH area. Job Summary
The Master Planner/Scheduler is responsible for scheduling manufacturing operations to meet the needs and demands of the Customer and Company.

Job Responsibilities
> Responsible for day to day management of the Master Production Schedule as it relates to forecasted and discrete demand, production, inventory changes, order entry and overall handling of customer requirements.
> Drive inventory improvement efforts for raw material, finished goods and component inventories to meet both customer needs and turn goal objectives.
> Monitor work schedule and notify team members of potential problems in meeting customer demands.
> Collaborate closely with AM, Purchasing and Manufacturing to ensure schedule remains on target
> Coordinate with Buyers to resolve material schedules that are not aligned with MRP need dates
> Review daily release short report and address shortages with internal groups and problem solve
> Manage forecast to maintain accuracy
> Maintain a consistent and smooth manufacturing flow through releasing

> Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in cross functional teams and be a team player
> Strong analytical and problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
> Ability to multitask in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
> Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively
> Strong written and verbal communications skills
> Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools
> Demonstrated experience with MRP/ERP systems
> Excellent time management skills with an ability to adapt to priority changes
> Knowledge of the electronics industry or contract manufacturing practices
> Attention to detail, goal oriented, organized
> Excellent math skills
> Strong knowledge of Order Management

Preferred Education/Certification(s)
> BS in Business or related field preferred; High School/GED required
> APICS certification/training preferred
