DAVIS Companies has partnered with a client to identify a Corporate Recruiter to join their growing team! This role will work 20-25 hours per week. Remote work is fine. 

Job Duties of the Corporate Recruiter:

  • Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates; advising managers; and managing relocation and intern programs.
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, recruiters and social media while providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to position requirements.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; and arranging community tours.

Requirements of the Corporate Recruiter: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 1+ years of experience required
  • Experience recruiting Engineering, IT, Business Professional, Accounting & Finance
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems
  • Experience recruiting candidates by using job boards and social media
