Description

CIP Compliance Manager:
Immediate - Direct Hire Opening - for a Compliance Manager working for a rapidly expanding renewable energy company. 

This person should have a strong background in NERC, FERC and other energy compliance systems. This individual will work with national and international teams to ensure all projects are compliant and correct noncompliant projects and sites. 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage in-house compliance program
  • Register as the CIP Senior Manager and Compliance Manager on the existing projects
  • GAP Analysis on the existing projects
  • Review of the policies, procedures and supplemental forms; implementation of revised compliance documents and procedures for each facility
  • Continues monitor of NERC, FERC or regional TRE Standards for new or revised requirements or changes. 
  • Respond to NERC Alerts; travel on the facilities to ensure ongoing compliance; training of personnel on site
  • Prepare pre-audit check sheets, RSAWs
  • Lead the process of any scheduled audit or spot checks by the regional entity; monitor the status and progress of active Mitigation Plans and Self-Reports
  • Establish and maintain a consolidated Issues and Actions List in order to maintain the schedule for and track all relevant compliance activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • 3+years of experience in heavy industry
  • Strong compliance management experience.
  • Understanding/Experience with NERC, FERC and regional TRE standards from different states in US.
