The DAVIS Companies is currently seeking a HR Administrator to help support a growing organization in the NW Metro area. The is a great opportunity to be a part of an incredible team. 


  • Facilitate new hire orientation classes
  • Complete all new hire paperwork to coordinate with payroll
  • Coordinate with support departments to set up new hire work stations
  • Manage employee uniform inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Enroll new employees with benefit carriers
  • Track 30-60-90 day reviews for new employees and contractors, and send reminders to management
  • Schedule interviews with potential candidates, and coordinate with recruiting agencies
  • Complete employment Verifications
  • Update HR, Safety and Fitness postings on the communication wall, such as job postings and company events
  • Send weekly reminders for fitness activities
  • Run the monthly safety hour report and update the safety tracking spreadsheet
  • Create the monthly birthday/anniversary reports and administer information to the appropriate parties
  • Place orders for normal safety materials, such as safety glasses and gloves
  • Aid employees by process address changes, printing copies of pay stubs, and printing temporary benefit ID cards
  • Keep personnel files up to date for the entire company
  • Process employment termination paperwork for payroll and benefits

Education, experience and skills:

  • High School education or equivalent. Associates or Bachelors preferred.
  • At least one year experience in Human Resources field.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced continuously changing environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Good communication skills, and ability to work well with others
