The DAVIS Companies has partnered with a leader in Plastics manufacturing to identify a Recruiter to join their team! This position is located West of the Twin Cities. 

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

  • Source, interview, screen, assess, reference check and place contract and direct-hire candidates, specifically in the manufacturing and machining space
  • Create job postings and review and screen resumes received as applications
  • Speak to candidates about open positions
  • Set up and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers 
  • Attend occasional networking events or job fairs
  • Develop a strong pipeline of existing and potential new candidates
  • Build relationships via networking and regular communication with candidates
  • Utilize social media and other online avenues to find candidates

?Qualifications of the Recruiter:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of high volume recruiting in a Manufacturing setting
  • Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desire to excel
  • Must have strong time-management skills and focus 
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
