We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join growing life science company in the Milford, MA area on a long term contract. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of marketing campaigns within our pharmaceutical market segment. She or he is a highly organized, motivated problem-solver capable of working with minimal supervision. This individual should be detail-oriented, enjoy multi-tasking, and thrive in a creative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. Drug and background check required.


  • Edit, proof and re-purpose existing materials including application notes for marketing campaigns, advertising and web page content, ensuring all content follows the company's editorial style guide
  • Support the execution of product and marketing campaigns
  • Execute tactical plans working with design, production, local field personnel, corporate communications, and digital channel teams
  • CRM database list segmentation, submission, and update
  • Create and manage projects in project management software (DASH and Trello)
  • Set up campaign tracking system (Clarivine)
  • Social media content creation and submission
  • Email writing and execution
  • Set up KPIs and metrics reporting related to campaigns
  • Update web pages


  • Bachelor’s degree (or comparable experience) in marketing, communications or related area
  • 3-5 years’ experience as marketing communications specialist or similar marketing role;
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • Skilled with MS Office product suite, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Must have strong copy writing experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to perform a wide variety of tasks efficiently
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including grammar, editing, and proofing skills
  • Strong personal initiative and ability to work independently
  • Analytical skills to integrate metrics into campaigns and measure/analyze results
