Our client is currently looking for a Inside Sales contractor to join our organization with the Golden, Colorado facility. In this role, the individual will initiate customer calls in an effort to achieve the sales and growth objectives for the business. The focus will be to close opportunities in our domestic region. The candidate will work in cooperation with the Service and Sales representative in the territory. The ideal candidate will achieve individual quality and productivity goals in accordance with established objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Increase sales volume by closing open opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction
- 30-40 Outbound calls each day
- Closing Orders
- Sales Research
- Excel at working as part of a team
- Self-motivated, action oriented
- Demonstrate our commitment to service by following up on calls and ensuring superior results to drive customer satisfaction
- Accurately log information from calls in our CRM tool
- Display a commitment to quality by following required procedures and practices; take all appropriate measures to ensure quality, search for opportunities for continuous improvement
- Provide back up support to other members of the sales and customer service team
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years Telephone Sales Experience with success closing opportunities
- Preferred Science background - Chemistry, Biology
- Proficient with contact management software (CRM)
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent communication, organization, time management and follow up skill
- Technical background or sales experience helpful but not required
