Description

Seeking an Experienced Executive Assistant in the Milford, MA area for top Life Science company.  Qualified candidates should have 5+ years experience in a fast paced administrative support role, with a strong communication skills and attention to detail. This is a long-term contract role with the possibility to move to permanent for the right candidate. Mon - Fri 8am-5pm. Drug and Background check required. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties
  • Anticipate, identify, and address the operational and administrative needs of the team
  • Arrange travel, schedule meetings and appointments, and manage multiple leadership schedules/calendars
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Place orders for specific office supplies and articles for department
  • Take meeting notes and minutes on regular basis
  • Assist with planning and scheduling off and on-site meetings and events
  • Optimize, socialize, standardize, and document operational processes

Qualifications:

  • A high-school diploma or GED required, post-secondary degree or education preferred
  • 5+ years relevant experience in a Senior level administrative support role
  • Proficient with the MS Office suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work closely with senior executives and represent the company to candidates, external partners and stakeholders
  • A problem-solving and growth-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive
