Description

We are searching for a Customer Service Rep. located in Marlboro, MA. This is a 3-6 month+ contract opportunity. 

The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for supporting the Internal & External Sales and Customer Service teams with processing of Customer Orders and CRM updates. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Review Customer PO’s for accuracy (ie. pricing, part number(s), payment terms, bill-to/ship-to info) prior to processing by Customer Service
  • Update Salesforce to record PO and close opportunity
  • Work with new customers and assist Customer Service in obtaining customer credit applications and tax exemption document.
  • Follow orders from receipt to invoicing to ensure completion
  • Assist Inside Sales with other duties, as needed
  • Assist Director of Sales with reports and special project, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years office/clerical experience required
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and basic computer skills
  • Strong written communications skills
  • Must be able to speak and communicate verbally with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Must be dependable, working hours 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Able to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, and respond to urgent requests in a positive manner.
  • Prior Sales environment preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Salesforce CRM experience a plus
