Seeking a creative, personable, and focused Associate Videographer to join the team of a global scientific technology company based in Milford, MA.  This person will collaborate with current Videographer/Editor in video productions for a variety of in-house customers. This is a long-term contract opportunity.  Online demo reel is a requirement for consideration for this position.

The Associate Videographer should be a well-organized individual who has strong knowledge of best practices in video production workflows, equipment, and managing technical production including lighting techniques. Must be familiar with the language of the digital world, with a passion to stay on top of the latest and best trends in use of video on social media and other global digital channels — from content to technology to new platforms.


  • Ensure on-time execution and delivery of high quality video productions
  • Assist in set and break down of productions
  • Conduct video equipment maintenance
  • Assist in file management and organization processes
  • Foster a positive, proactive, collaborative, and creative work atmosphere
  • Assist in shooting and editing of on-location and in-house video productions
  • Keep current with the latest developments and trends in video production


  • Bachelor's Degree in Video/Film Production, Communications, or similar required
  • 3+ years experience in Video Production ideally in a corporate setting
  • Understand the full spectrum of the production process including camera operation, lighting and audio capture
  • Basic knowledge of lighting and shot composition
  • Excellent videography and editing skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro required
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and other Creative Suite products a plus
  • Knowledge of video compression standards across multiple platforms
  • Ability to adjust artistic vision based on the needs of the client and/or project goals
  • Current knowledge of the digital video landscape
  • Must be able to manage feedback from multiple parties and deal gracefully with potential curve balls
  • Experience with green-screen based studio/on-location production work and a basic understanding of its workflows
  • Online demo reel required to be considered for this position
