Quality Tech

Responsibilities

  • Internal production evaluation: Product inspections defined through Audit plan, Audit and ranking of all (sub and main) assembly and production areas, Follow up, recommendations and support for the correction process
  • Supporting the day to day quality in the production processes at the Production facilities 
  • Active identification of potential production issues and the prevention of those
  • Proactive support of production department in definition, execution and assuring of the production sequence and associated processes (Worker instructions, incorrect or defective parts processing, 5S, etc.)
  • Red Card Processing: Creating and processing Red Cards in SAP, Processing of defective parts: Rework, scrap, forwarding to Supplier Quality Assurance if applicable
  • Applying the Continuous Improvement, Lessons Learned and Lean Mentality
  • Cross Functional Responsibilities: Supporting the team work in the cross functional team responsibilities to reduce the overall failure rate and improve failure prevention and creating Quality Alerts 

Requirements

  • Practical experience in the field of Quality Assurance and its tools and methodology
  • Minimum 3 years previous Quality Assurance background and or production assembly experience 
  • Good MS Office and Excel Skills
  • Sufficient SAP skills that support the necessary coordination activities in SAP is a Plus, but not required
  • Ability to read drawings and processes
  • Ability to use measuring equipment
