Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our client located in Chaska, MN is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a contract basis.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:
- Source, interview, screen, assess, reference check and place contract and direct-hire candidates at client sites.
- Create job postings and review and screen resumes received as applications.
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates.
- Speak to candidates about open positions, and submit their resumes to clients.
- Set up and prepare candidates for interviews with clients.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:
- Experience sourcing candidates to include candidate screening.
- Working on an HRIS system and this individual needs to have a degree
- 2-5 years of experience in a corporate environment strongly preferred. Corporate recruitment experience and/or basic project management experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of social media toools.
- Basic knowledge of immigration, state and federal labor laws (EEO, FMLA, Wage & Hour)
