Description

Searching for a Customer Service Rep. located in Canton, MA. This is a temp to hire position. The hours for this position are 8:30am-5:00pm.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for order entry, following up with customers and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:
• Order entry
• Pulling custom orders from client websites, faxes and emails
• Speaking with clients on the phone regarding their orders
• Working in several databases
• Working with an EDI system – Electronic Data Interchange

Requirements:
• Excellent, professional communication skills
• 3+ years customer service experience in a professional business environment
• Strong computer skills – ability to navigate websites and databases
• Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Experience with the OEM market a major plus
• Experience with an MRP system a major plus
• Experience with EDI a major plus
